Description: The rooms (each named after poems from Olvidos or works of Lorca and Falla) are located around the galleries of the two floors and on the third (tower) floor. Eight of the rooms look directly onto the Alhambra, while one of them, in the tower, is a real treat for the senses and a gift inherited from history - it has views of Plaza Nueva Square, the Darro River valley, the Generalife and the Alhambra and has a stunning Mudejar ceiling, three metres up. Other rooms lend themselves to a more intimate frame of mind, with their own artistic elements to be enjoyed. They all have full bathrooms with the finest tiling, and several even have hydro massage baths. Each room has been simply decorated, warm and inviting without being ostentatious: terracotta floors with oriental rugs, plain white walls, solid wood ceiling work and furniture, the odd painting or piece of fine craftwork, gentle but effective lighting that can be personalised according to the taste of each guest.
Bedding Info: Beds with the best mattresses and divans available from the Flex company.

Directions
- Arriving to the city of Granada, in just a few minutes you can get to El Ladrón de Agua Hotel. Plaza Nueva is at the hub of the old town. From there you pass Santa Ana church to your right onto Carrera del Darro street. This area is packed with historic monuments, and at no.13 of this famous Granada street you will find a hotel shrouded in mystery and romanticism. Right above you there is a stunning view of the Alhambra, across the Cadí Bridge, as well as the Bañuelo Moorish baths, churches and convents. Just a few metres further along is the "Paseo de los Tristes", a great place to start the Granada night, especially in summer with its lively terrace-bars, or to have a drink before one of the classical music concerts held in the magical gardens of the Generalife.
