Once built as a private mansion in 1869, later in the hands of bankers, this magnificent 19th century classical building has been renovated and converted into the Hotel Heritage. The house has a 14th century old cellar with special arches, of which stones are now displayed at the museum of the archaeological society.

The hotel is located in the centre of the historical city, 50 m. from the Market Square.

Cosy restaurants, interesting museums, elegant shops and romantic carriages that take you through the city are only at walking distance. Boat rides on Brugge's famous canals show you the hidden corners of the city.

Policies

While you choose for a midweek stay in our beautiful hotel, you can enjoy one or two FREE guided tours (2 hours). On Monday or Wednesday you can explore the Classical Bruges and on Tuesday or Thursday you can enjoy the Hanseatique Bruges. Both tours are not to miss.

From motorway E40, coming from Calais, Ostend, Ghent or Brussels:Exit no 8, "Brugge", following Expressroad N31, straight on (4 traffic lights), 2 tunnels, 1 traffic light).Next exit to the right, direction "Brugge". At 2nd intersection with traffic lights, to the left, direction "Knokke-Heist". At 2nd intersection with traffic lights, "Ezelpoort" (no8), to the right, direction Brugge Centrum through Ezelstraat, Sint-Jakobsstraat, up to Eiermarkt (end of the street), turn left into Niklaas Desparsstraat up to Hansa Hotel on the left-hand side.

By train: Get off at Brugge station and take taxi to hotel or take bus to "Markt".The hotel is located one block north of Market Square.
