Fine Dining -
Gastronomic temptations abound throughout the Aleph.
While we're not saying that you will end up in Dante's Sixth Circle of Hell with the gluttons, you will definitely find it hard to resist the pleasures of the palate in the 60-seat Maremoto sensational restaurant. The fiery red ambiance with striking flame-like twig arrangements against stark white niches sets the right tone for the delicious recipes concocted by the chefs. Restaurant proposes essential and sophisticated culinary concepts without being over elaborate. The restaurant's menu is based upon basic Mediterranean ingredients superbly rendered...
Also in the Sin area, the 25-seat Wine Bar Dioniso is an ideal spot for a refined and light working lunch or a late-evening rendezvous in a languid and rarefied atmosphere. Directly opposite, the 25-seat Angelo Bar is a heavenly spot for drinks and conversation. Scarlet red, mysterious black and glints of gleaming metal and crystal are the refined backdrop for a superb selection of the best Italian and international wines.
On the Aleph's top floor, the 7 Heaven open-air restaurant and bar is an exotic terrace with captivating views over the Eternal City. Seating 70, 7 Heaven is an ideal place to meet friends or entertain business colleagues.

Description:
The 96 rooms in the Aleph, which include 24 deluxe rooms and 6 charming suites and junior suites, are a dramatic combination of eclectic Italian style from the Thirties and Forties and sleek minimalist design. On the walls, large black and white posters by Bram Tihany, a photographer of New York streets, portray special glimpses of “a day in the life of Rome.”
The Aleph’s suite accommodations are dressed up in soothing beige hues. The two full-sized suites include a cozy lounge area which overlooks an outdoor terrace with Jacuzzi. Junior suites have separate “day and night” areas divided by a glass frame.
The most modern comforts and the latest technology are the extra special touches that make the Aleph the quintessence of unconventional luxury. In this elegantly austere, contemporary ambiance you can still unleash your fantasy and sing the praises of Rome on the terrace of your private suite, relaxing in the Jacuzzi under the stars.
