A deposit of one night’s room rate or credit card number with expiration date is required to secure the reservation.

All cancellations must be made via fax 14 days prior to the arrival date, otherwise one night will be billed. In case of cancellations of Suite, Junior Suite or Special Suite for 3 or more nights, 40% of total nights reserved will be billed.

Reduction of length of stay:
For any shortening in the length of stay will automatically incur a one-night charge. For Suite, Junior Suite or Special Suites you may be liable to pay the total number of nights reserved.

Please note that reservations are held until 4.00 p.m. unless the Hotel is notified of late arrival and/or deposit has been received.
